What are your processing and shipping times?

We ship our orders between Monday 8am - Thursday 4pm ACDT (Adelaide time).

Shipping time to Australia is usually 2-13 business days, which may vary depending on mail service!

We can also organise pick up in Mount Barker, South Australia. Save on shipping costs! Make sure your email address is correct and we'll contact you with the pick up address.

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible but we are NOT responsible for delays in the delivery of your package by the mail service.

Do you accept returns?

We usually do not accept returns due to the nature of our mission. However should you have an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your items

Are all your games in good shape?

We rescue damaged Board Games and save them from destruction, and together we're reducing waste in the world!

Most games, gaming accessories and figurines are part of damaged stock, so all the boxes/shrink wrap have more or less damage. The damage is only to the boxes though, and we make sure the gaming components are not impacted.

So, you basically get a new game, except the box may have some scratches or dents, while saving the planet, what's not to like?

How do I know how much damage the boxes have?

We add as many pictures as we can of all our games in each listing. The different variants show our different boxes, you can pick which one is suitable for you
